We are hiring an enthusiastic E-commerce Category Intern who is eager to learn how online marketplaces grow products, sellers, and categories. This role provides hands-on exposure to category management, product strategy, and seller growth within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
You will work closely with the category and business teams to identify trends, support sellers, and build strategies that improve product performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends and identify high-demand products across categories
- Support creation and planning of new SKUs based on current market demand
- Guide sellers in creating effective product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing inputs, images guidance)
- Analyze competitor pricing and assortment to suggest improvements for sellers
- Work with the business team to identify category gaps and revenue opportunities
- Assist in building category growth and marketplace expansion strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience (internship or academic projects in e-commerce/marketing preferred)
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / Marketing / Business / E-commerce
- Strong interest in online marketplaces and digital commerce
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for research and analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
