Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven business development leader to drive global growth within the Lab & Analytical industry. This role is responsible for leading regional business development managers in a matrixed, dotted-line structure while developing and executing a global business development strategy focused on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will oversee global market analysis, identify target customers and portfolio opportunities, and develop a comprehensive three-year business plan for the sector. This position will also foster collaboration and alignment across regional teams, support knowledge sharing and best practices, and partner with key stakeholders to strengthen strategic customer relationships.
