Technical Implementation Lead – Healthcare Integration
We are seeking a client-facing Technical Implementation Lead to support the delivery and implementation of modern healthcare technology solutions for enterprise customers.
This role combines technical problem-solving, solution delivery, customer engagement, and integration expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients, developers, architects, and delivery teams to help design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize complex healthcare technology implementations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in software development and integrations, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers on complex technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise healthcare technology solutions
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance
- Configure, integrate, and support platform solutions and APIs
- Assist with solution design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, support, and professional services
- Support integration efforts involving healthcare interoperability standards and enterprise systems
- Help identify and resolve technical, scalability, and performance issues
- Participate in technical discovery sessions, solution planning, and implementation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java and/or backend software development
- Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, SQL, and Git
- Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems
- Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR is highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments
Nice to Have
- Healthcare or HealthTech industry experience
- Experience with messaging/event systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with containerized environments and modern integration architectures
