Join Interactive – Where People Matter Most

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to manage our front desk in St Leonards. From welcoming guests, coordinating events and keeping the office running smoothly, no two days are the same - you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience
  • Maintain office presentation and daily operations
  • Support reporting, expense reconciliation and events
  • Provide admin support across People & Culture and the business
  • Coordinate staff travel bookings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role
  • Strong customer service mindset and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Availability to work rostered shifts Monday - Friday between 7:30am – 5:00pm
