Job Description / Responsibility
- Welcome and assist passengers at the airport terminal
- Handle check-in procedures, ticket verification, and boarding pass issuance
- Assist passengers with baggage drop and baggage-related inquiries
- Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities
- Support boarding and arrival operations efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally
- Assist special-needs passengers, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors
- Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and airport authorities
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports when required
- Respond to flight delays, cancellations, and emergency situations calmly and professionally
