Turkish Airlines Inc. is looking for Customer Service Agent

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist passengers at the airport terminal
  • Handle check-in procedures, ticket verification, and boarding pass issuance
  • Assist passengers with baggage drop and baggage-related inquiries
  • Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities
  • Support boarding and arrival operations efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally
  • Assist special-needs passengers, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors
  • Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and airport authorities
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, aviation regulations, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports when required
  • Respond to flight delays, cancellations, and emergency situations calmly and professionally
