About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is focused on operational and technical back-office activities related to SIM card provisioning, order processing, inventory management, and internal operational workflows.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive, and process-driven work in a technology environment, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
This is not a software development role and involves limited customer-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare customer SIM card orders
- Activate SIM cards using internal systems and platforms
- Package and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and monitor SIM card inventory
- Work closely with internal logistics and operations teams
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Update and maintain operational records and documentation
- Support internal teams with ongoing operational tasks
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Assist with basic technical and administrative workflows related to IoT connectivity
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage routine operational tasks
- Comfortable working with internal systems and online platforms
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Responsible, reliable, and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
