We are looking for an Away-from-Home Intern to join our team in Istanbul.

The role will be mainly responsible for achieving volume and profit objectives within İstanbul-based local customers through productive relationships, planning and execution aligned with Pepsico sales and growth strategy; driving joint business planning and category-focused initiatives with each customer to secure sustainable share growth, optimized trade investments, and best-in-class in-store execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track AFH campaigns
  • Support execution of commercial and sales plans to accelerate Away from Home growth
  • Support and track execution standards
  • Analyse internal & external data
  • Follow up channel / customer initiatives
  • Track A&M budget
  • Prepare monthly meeting presentations & channel decks
  • Support coordination with sales teams & other functions

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students (2nd to 4th year)
  • Able to work 5 days per week
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to collaborate across departments
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Interest in FMCG, trade marketing or sales operations
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative in dynamic environments
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
