Your role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of hospitality services on site. You will act as a visible leader, a strong operational driver, and a trusted partner.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure professional, consistent, and high-quality service experience across cleaning, reception, and food services
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local team across functions
• Drive daily operations while continuously optimizing and implementing new service concepts
• Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure high quality, compliance, and effective financial management
