As Cost Controller, you play a key role at the heart of our operations and finance organization.

You combine financial insight, manufacturing cost expertise, and data analysis to support smart operational and commercial decisions across the business. Your work directly impacts cost transparency, margins, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You don’t just follow standard processes; you challenge them and actively improve them.

This role is ideal for a driven young professional who enjoys working with numbers, wants to understand how a manufacturing business truly works, and is eager to grow in an international, family-owned company.

You report to the Finance Controller Manager and work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams worldwide.

🎯Your Role

As Controller, you will actively support and challenge the business by:

• Analyzing budget vs. actual variances and standard costs
• Preparing monthly, weekly & flash cost reports
• Monitoring key financial KPIs (margin, efficiency, scrap, fixed & variable costs)
• Supporting inventory control, revaluations, obsolescence & slow‑moving analysis
• Validating BOMs, routings, and ECNs from a financial perspective
• Participating in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement projects

💡What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Solid experience in manufacturing cost control & financial analysis
• Strong SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel skills (Power Query & Pivot Tables required; macros a plus)
• Professional English
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
