This is a fully remote field-based role with no daily office attendance required.You will be based in [Istanbul, Türkiye] and take charge of local & regional client development, business visits and market expansion with necessary regional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university, preferably in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Microelectronics, or related majors.
- More than 6 years of international marketing/sales experience in the semiconductor or related industries.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to use English as a working language.
- Strong adaptability, learning ability, and pioneering spirit, with the courage to embrace the impact and challenges of cross-cultural environments.
Responsibilities
- Carry out market development and sales activities in line with the company’s overall business strategy, departmental work plan, and targets.
- Handle business negotiations with customers, sign sales contracts, and be responsible for contract execution to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Follow up on payment collection according to sales contracts and payment schedules to ensure collection targets are met.
- Coordinate domestic and overseas teams to provide pre-sales and after-sales business solutions, and handle quality issues and customer complaints.
- Investigate and analyze product and service demand, competitor status, and other relevant market information; prepare and organize market research and analysis reports as planned.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing overseas customers, continuously improving sales revenue and market share.
- Support market promotion activities and participate in domestic and overseas product exhibitions and trade shows.
