Role Overview

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the management office. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting team members, management, and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and support to managers and team members
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations
  • Maintain and coordinate office suppliers
  • Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring professional front-office experience
  • Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office maintenance activities
  • Assist with internal events, team meetings, and company logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Willingness to work in dynamic work environment
