Role Overview
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the management office. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting team members, management, and client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and support to managers and team members
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain and coordinate office suppliers
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring professional front-office experience
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office maintenance activities
- Assist with internal events, team meetings, and company logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willingness to work in dynamic work environment
