For our office in Lodz, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with strong technical expertise and sales drive. In this role, you will work closely with the Polish Sales management.
Your role
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Acquire new customers through proactive sales activities
- Coordinate technical support for customers and sales territories
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Support product mix optimization together with Sales Management and Product Management
- Conduct customer presentations and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- Handle technical inquiries in close cooperation with internal teams
- Analyze markets and customer structures in the assigned region
- Develop sales promotion and communication activities with Sales Management and Marketing
- Represent RUDOLF at trade fairs, customer events, symposiums, and headquarters visits
What you bring
- Background in textile chemistry, textile engineering, textile technology, or a related field
- Strong industry and product knowledge
- Commercial understanding and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer focus
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent Polish and English
- German is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within Poland and Germany (approx. 50%)
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Strong organizational and MS Office skills
