ArdenWhite Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable and globally recognised business aviation organisation that is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to support continued growth across the Turkish market.
This is a senior commercial opportunity focused on developing new business relationships across High Net Worth Individuals, corporate clients, aircraft owners and luxury clientele. The successful individual will play a key role in driving sales performance, expanding market presence and managing long-term client relationships within a premium aviation environment.
The position would suit a polished, commercially driven sales professional with strong experience operating within luxury, private aviation, UHNW or relationship-led sales sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities across fractional ownership, leasing and premium aviation solutions
• Develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, corporations and aircraft owners throughout the territory
• Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead development, presentations, negotiations and closing opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, supporting renewals, upgrades and additional service sales
• Represent the business at regional events, networking functions and partnership activities to strengthen brand presence
• Work closely with internal sales support and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting and reporting through CRM systems including Salesforce
• Build and execute strategic territory business plans to support long term revenue growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years of commercial sales experience
• Minimum 5 years within a luxury, premium or high-end client facing environment
• Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales processes and consultative selling
• Experience managing High Net Worth or corporate client portfolios
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Fluency in Turkish and business-level English, both written and spoken
• High proficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Aviation or private aviation experience would be highly advantageous
