What You'll Do

  • Own service for your section—take orders, guide pacing, and track the table journey
  • Build rapport with guests and read the room to adapt tone and timing
  • Know the menu inside out—guide choices, answer questions, and upsell naturally
  • Recommend drinks and pairings based on guest preferences and mood
  • Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and runners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Handle feedback and issues calmly, escalating only when needed
  • Support new team members and contribute to team briefings
  • Assist in daily setup, briefing rituals, and closing duties

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in a guest-facing F&B role
  • Communicates clearly and connects with guests with ease
  • Is comfortable suggesting add-ons, pairings, and specials in a natural, helpful way
  • Works with urgency, calm, and attention to detail
  • Adapts quickly, takes initiative, and learns on the go
