Role Overview- Local To Atlanta GA(preferred)

We are looking for a high-impact Client Partner with a strong background in Consumer Product Goods and Services or Ecommerce industries to drive strategic account growth, demand generation, and large deal pursuits.

This role requires a farmer mindset with hunting capability someone who can deepen executive relationships, create new opportunities through ideation, and drive cross-sell / up-sell across digital, AMS, Testing, Cloud, and platform solutions.

Desired Experience

  • 15+ years in IT Services / Consulting Sales experience, local to Atlanta GA
  • Proven success in farming and expanding with Consumer Product Goods and Services.
  • Track record of closing large ($5M+) deals / multi-year engagements
  • Strong exposure to platform ecosystems and alliance selling models
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Farming & Growth
  • Own and grow strategic accounts within Consumer Product Goods and Services verticals
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO, Business and IT leadership
  • Drive structured account planning and execution aligned to growth targets
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand footprint across business units

Ideation & Demand Formation

  • Partner with client senior stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives
  • Create and maintain strong qualified pipeline (3 5X coverage of revenue target)
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft compelling value propositions

Deal Structuring & Expansion

  • Build win strategies, orchestrate executive connects, and manage deal governance
  • Identify opportunities to bundle services and create long-term managed services constructs
  • Drive commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure
  • Deliver target account margin through disciplined deal shaping and portfolio mix
  • Expand services portfolio footprint across: AMS, Digital, Testing, AI/Data, Platforms (Salesforce) etc.

Alliance & Partner GTM

  • Collaborate with strategic alliances such as AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Databricks, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Workday etc.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, and partner-led demand generation
  • Leverage partner programs to create pipeline and accelerate deal velocity

Account Plan Governance

  • Create and execute structured Account Plans with measurable growth KPIs
  • Align internal stakeholders (bid management, delivery, solutioning, finance, legal functions) to drive execution .Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure revenue predictability
