Website & App Design
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience designing apps, online platforms, and websites.
- Strategic UX thinker, able to create user flows, and wireframes.
- Talented UI designer, able to create hi-fidelity mockups from scratch.
Graphic Design
Has a good knowledge of general graphic design to work on a variety of different projects. It could be social media graphics, sales material, logo design, animation design, ebooks, print collateral, etc.
Soft Skills
- English - Working to Fluent Proficiency, might have some communication with clients
- Independent & Self-motivated - Since we are a remote team this requires someone who is happy to work on a project by themselves to completion.

Other Job Details
- Hours - Full-time capacity of 40 hours a week, but exact schedule can be somewhat flexible
- Location - Remote working
- Report - You will report to the Head of Design
- Benefits - 3 weeks PTO (4 weeks PTO after 1 year), 4 Holidays & weekends off, equipment & health credits, bonuses at discretion of the owner and performance, flexible working hours, remote working
- Team Structure - You will be working alongside the Head of Design, and 2 other designers. 1 other animator is also on the team
- Payment - Payment will be made twice monthly in USD
