Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative

About the Role
Brooksource is hiring a Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to support a large-scale industrial infrastructure program with one of the world’s leading e-commerce and logistics companies.
The position is heavily field-focused and ideal for someone who can walk a construction site, review drawings, identify issues, and provide clear reporting back to leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Visit active construction sites across the U.S.
• Review drawings, site plans, and construction progress
• Observe safety, quality, sequencing, and field execution
• Document findings and provide site reports to leadership
• Support industrial site improvement projects
• Use Microsoft Office for reporting and project updates
• Travel frequently for short onsite visits (typically 1–2 days)
What You Bring
• 5+ years of construction management, field engineering, owner’s rep, or industrial construction experience
• Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or infrastructure environments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel and independent field work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
• Distribution centers or fulfillment center projects
• Truck yards or warehouse infrastructure
• Owner’s representative or field observation experience
• Active operational construction environments
