🎯You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in After-Sales of Light Commercial Vehicle Repair Support and Quality repair check for Conversion
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and result-oriented
- No restriction for travel
📌Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to dealers and resolve technical issues
- Solve product problems and customer complaints
- Quality check of the conversion stages
- Report Quality problems related to the conversion
- Communication with manufacturer regarding to the conversion project
- Communication with conversion company regarding to the technical issues
- Conduct routine dealer visits to ensure compliance with service standards
- Deliver on-the-job training to dealer personnel to enhance repair quality
- Prepare technical reports for the manufacturer to improve product quality
- Monitor dealer equipment standards and track orders for equipment and special service tools
- Report product issues to TME and ensure the shipment of relevant parts
