We are currently seeking "Senior Business Analyst (Loans)"
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in front-end, back-end, and database testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience is a plus
- Having experience in Loans is a plus
- Experience in Guarantee Letter / E-Guarantee Letter modules is considered a strong asset.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Release Management)
- Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on integration projects with external institutions such as the Central Bank and Risk Center.
- Familiar with databases such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
- Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
- Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
- Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
- Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
