The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support operations across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of IT systems and services.
- Administer, manage, and monitor desktops, laptops (domain and non-domain), printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Deliver end-user support onsite, remotely, and over the phone for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, browsers, and business applications.
- Manage service desk operations, including ticket handling, shift coordination, escalation management, and vendor coordination.
- Install, configure, and support VPN connectivity for external client terminals through PSX LAN, fiber leased lines, and internet-based connections.
- Perform hardware, software, and network diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Support Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange Server, and user account management activities.
- Ensure endpoint security compliance, antivirus management, and system hardening practices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Assist in system upgrades, patch deployments, backups, and recovery activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Exchange Server administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in VPN setup, configuration, customization, and secure remote connectivity solutions.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and system hardening practices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with IT ticketing and service desk management tools.
- Understanding of backup and recovery procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve system performance and boot/recovery issues.
