MISSION
As a Sales Coordinator-GBT Expert, you will be responsible for establishing and managing EMS Dental business both with our partners and end-users.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spreads the company spirit and concepts amongst clinicians and patients from Swiss headquarters to the region of Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan)
- Actively develops and manages professional relationships with dealers/partners/users.
- Ensures the development of the market within the sales territory assigned
- Actively visits current and new customers in order to sell and promote the EMS product range.
- Actively participates in congresses and exhibitions on behalf of EMS.
- Supports new product introductions and the reinforcement of existing products to the partner, distributors and their dealers, for example through demonstration tours, workshops and congresses.
- Executes product/pricing/market development strategies in the field.
- Develops, maintains and manages existing and potential opinion leaders in the territory assigned.
- Ensures that the partners and dealers respect the EMS standards.
- Is involved in budget activities in the area including the sales and cost planning in collaboration with the respective Sales Manager
- Actively uses and updates CRM system in order to support company marketing activities
- Provides monthly reports about sales, SDA, market development, marketing events, extraordinary orders/tenders, relevant information about dealer quality, competitors, etc.
- Coordination, data processing and reporting of the education programs developed for dental professionals
- Make recommendations and execute permanent on-going improvements.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in dental/medical industry field.
- Experience within the dental prophylaxis products would be a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, clear and concise writing and presentation style, particularly when describing technical and clinical content
- Exceptional planning, problem solving and organizational skills; ability to prioritize under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Enthusiastic about technology and continuous improvement
- Open to International environment
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and use MS Office applications.
- Location: Tashkent region / Uzbekistan.
- Territory of responsibility: Uzbekistan 70%, Kazakhstan 30%; if necessary, participation in key dental events in other countries of Central Asia region
- Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager CIS
- Need to travel: 40% of working time
- Full time.
LANGUAGES REQUIRED
- Uzbek – native speaker
- Russian - fluent
- English - +intermediate
- Kazakh – would be a plus
