Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the directives and regulations that apply in the company as set/defined by the management
- Bid / Tender management (incl tender pricing, engage in and supervise project execution, yield-management and - optimization)
- Responsibility for (project) sales, following sales routines/guidelines
- Responsible for the growth and development of the assigned accounts / projects
- Responsible for the sales turnover, profitability and budget guidelines
- Maintain clear and regular communications to the operational staff on issues affecting the sales performance and transport execution
- Responsible for producing regular sales reports as requested
- Contract Management - Review and Evaluation
- Contract Risk Management
- (Key-) Account Management & Business Development
- Be responsible for the daily management of the attributed account portfolio, incl. assigned nominated projects
- Maximizing efficiency, productivity, customer service and teamwork
- Analyze and improve yield and exploit contractual opportunities (out-of-contract) to create additional revenue/contribution
- Ensures compliance with the directives and regulations that apply in the company as set/defined by the management
- Responsible for the daily management of the attributed account portfolio, incl. assigned global key accounts Insure bid tender support for other deugro stations in the assigned territory
- Other sales related duties to be assigned by management
- Identify operational and sales synergies amongst the allocated territory and project teams in deugro overseas offices by maintaining close communication and collaboration with the teams
- In coordination with accounting team to control AP & AR for allocated business
- Suggest corrective measures, where necessary, to management team for timely implementation

Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong sales ability with high degree of self-motivation
- Strong understanding of transportation industry and international (project-)shipment services and costs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financials and impact on business
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes used in the transport sector
- Computer skills: Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical software are required
- Strong commercial sense and comprehensive (contractual & commercial) risk awareness / return thinking
- Highly flexible and able to adapt to constantly changing requirements on short notice in a mixed international as well as local business environment
- Solid communication skills - both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Result-oriented and driven to achieve goals and meet targets
- Ability to think tactically and strategically, with an analytical mindset
- Deep knowledge of the financial & commercial contexts that the business exists within
- Ability to create commitment and give directions as well as set and follow up clear objectives
