Senior Supply Chain Process & Control Specialist
Our partner in the facilities services sector is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process & Control Specialist to streamline operations and build a robust internal control framework. With 5-8 years of experience, you will be the architect of standardized processes across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP Optimization: Simplify and re-configure SAP MM processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Internal Controls: Establish critical control points, including approval workflows, Purchase Order (SAS) requirements, and Goods Receipt (GR) compliance.
- Systems Integration: Coordinate with the IT department to lead system enhancements and automation projects.
- Standardization: Initiate and manage projects aimed at creating a unified supply chain structure across all group entities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key KPIs for procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Excellence, Internal Audit, or Process Design.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP MM is mandatory.
- Process Design: Proven track record in designing and improving operational workflows.
- Attention to Detail: A disciplined approach with a strong "internal audit" mindset.
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate between business units and especially IT teams.
