✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Track and apply database patch versions to ensure systems remain up-to-date
• Plan and manage database storage and capacity
• Provide and implement proactive solutions for database errors, warnings, and potential issues
• Monitor and analyze database performance
• Use or be willing to learn monitoring tools to track system health
• Support NoSQL database systems (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra) and contribute to their monitoring and optimization
• Learn and follow new technologies, initiate and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) processes
• Respond to database-related requests from other teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented processes and solutions
• Participate in mentorship-based development and training programs
• Work in compliance with the company’s data security policies
• Learn and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) processes
• Flexible working hours and a collaborative team structure

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Recent graduate from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related departments
• Basic knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Oracle
• Basic understanding of NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra is a plus
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and planning skills
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
• Good command of written and spoken English
