What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the medical team, supporting the medical processes of the sales and marketing organization and reporting to the Medical Director.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Leading and overseeing the delivery of medical product trainings and the development of high-quality training materials by the team,
  • Guiding and coordinating product presentations at doctors’ and pharmacists’ group activities conducted by the medical team,
  • Providing strategic scientific leadership and direction to the marketing team,
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders through field engagement activities,
  • Organizing and delivering medical data requested by departments such as Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research,
  • Defining and implementing medical strategies across all products to achieve budgeted sales and market share objectives.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

  • University degree from Faculty of Medicine,
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
  • No restrictions for traveling internationally,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
