Tasks
- Own and deliver projects within a defined scope
- Develop and adjust project plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align project teams
- Lead full project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts
- Tailor tools and methods to project context
- Suggest improvements to existing processes
- Manage project risks and make decisions within scope
- Support onboarding of new project team members
- Occasionally involved in tactical planning
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, e.g. in Project Management, Business Administration or similar
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of German
- Experience in managing projects independently, ideally cross-functional (3+ years)
- External project management certification is an advantage
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools
- Experience in project planning, tracking and reporting
- Experience in coordinating project stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience in risk, issue and dependency management
- Ability to manage smaller or medium-sized projects independently
- Solid stakeholder communication skills
- Strong decision-making in day-to-day project environments
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Readiness to travel
