Position Overview
As a Data Analyst Intern within the CEO Office, you will support strategic decision-making by analyzing operational, financial, and customer data across the company.
This role focuses on generating data-driven insights related to service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within an MSP (Managed Services Provider) business model.
What You Will Do
- Collect and organize data from internal business systems such as CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and financial reports
- Analyze and report on operational KPIs, including SLA, response time, and resolution time
- Support dashboard and reporting processes for the CEO and senior leadership team
- Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate meaningful insights
- Analyze customer behavior and service usage trends
- Identify data-driven process improvement opportunities and support the development of improvement recommendations
- Monitor data accuracy and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data quality
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests in a timely and accurate manner

Technical Qualifications
- Preferably a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student (Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or Tableau
- Availability to work at least three full days per week
