Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage international insurance programs, policies, claims administration, and loss control initiatives
- Build strong relationships with brokers, insurers, underwriters, and service providers to secure favorable coverage terms
- Provide expert advice on insurance-related risk and compliance topics to PALFINGER group companies.
- Promote risk management principles and loss prevention procedures across the organization
- Investigate negotiate, and allocate claims in collaboration with international loss adjusters and insurers
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international insurance business and programs (broker, insurer, or corporate insurance department)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of insurance-related statutes, regulations, and common law
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills and strong analytical, financial, communication, and negotiation abilities

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962.3 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
