PI AgSciences (https://www.piindustries.com) is part of PI Industries and a technology leader in agricultural biologicals and crop protection products. PI AgSciences is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to help create and sustain a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. The role spans time zones, working with both business teams in Europe and HR counterparts in India. The HR Manager will partner closely with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.
The HR Manager, in parallel, works closely with HR counterparts in India to establish & strengthen systems, processes, and policies, along with leveraging established technology effectively. It calls for a hands-on approach in focusing on budgets, headcount, productivity, and in leveraging numbers effectively to drive people and organizational decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or related sectors and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices within a global context.
Strategic HR Leadership
· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to country leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
· Support change management initiatives to enable business transformation and scalability.
· Build and nurture a high-performance, innovation-driven work culture.
Talent Acquisition & Management
· Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract the best candidates in scientific, technical and commercial roles globally.
· Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and secure the right global talent.
· Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
Performance & Learning Development
· Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and structured reviews.
· Identify and implement learning and development initiatives tailored to both technical and leadership growth.
· Establish robust succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits
· Support global compensation planning, including salary benchmarking and incentive programs
· Partner with finance and leadership on budgeting and headcount planning
· Oversee benefits programs in collaboration with regional providers
Employee Relations & Engagement
· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with PI AgSciences’ mission and values.
· Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fair and effective conflict resolution.
· Design and execute employee engagement programs, including surveys and action plans.
Compliance & HR Operations
· Ensure adherence to labour laws, industry regulations, and internal HR policies.
· Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
· Rollout HR systems and processes in line with PI group systems & processes.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
