Suitable candidates will be invited for interviews, and those positively evaluated will be introduced to our on trade channel managers relevant hiring managers and considered for future openings with an accelerated process.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Depending on your level of experience, your scope may include:

Field Execution & Sales Performance

  • Delivering sales targets within the On-Trade channel
  • Ensuring flawless execution of commercial plans and activations in the field
  • Monitoring KPIs (volume, value, distribution, penetration, etc.) and driving action plans

Customer & Account Management

  • Building strong and sustainable relationships with key and potential customers
  • Developing and executing joint business plans at account level
  • Ensuring premium brand experience is consistently delivered in the field

Team Leadership & Development

  • Leading, coaching, and developing field teams
  • Managing performance and conducting regular feedback cycles
  • Building a high-performance and engaged team environment

Business Development & Analysis

  • Analyzing sales and customer performance
  • Identifying growth opportunities and taking proactive actions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply, etc.)

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Providing accurate reporting on field activities, insights, and competition

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

5-10 years of sales experience

Preferably within On-Trade or FMCG environments

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree

  • Leadership:

Proven experience in team management and development

  • Commercial Mindset:

Strong analytical thinking, planning, and business development skills

  • Customer Focus:

Strong relationship management and customer-centric approach

  • Agility & Drive:

Dynamic, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment

  • Tools & Systems:

Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus

  • Language:

English

  • Flexibility:

Willingness to work in a field-based role with flexible hours
