About the role

You lead multidisciplinary projects that span hardware, software, and system design, driving them from concept to successful release. You take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations at every step. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, you orchestrate a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams— hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrialization, and planning—to drive alignment and ensure smooth progression through every NPI phase
• Analyze project requirements in depth to build a precise understanding of the technical objectives, customer expectations, and deliverables needed for a successful product launch.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating obstacles early and developing robust mitigation strategies to secure project timelines and product quality
• Allocate resources intelligently, balancing priorities and capacities to maximize efficiency and ensure all project milestones are met
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring issues, dependencies, and solutions are understood and addressed without delay

What You Bring

• BSc or MSc in Engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic systems
• Passion for new product introduction and development
• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
• You’re confident working with stage gate processes, using gate reviews to keep development structured and on track
• You bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to align teams and overcome challenges effectively
• You’re organized, structured, and excel at managing priorities, even in fast-moving environments
