For our Outlet Store โ€“ DIESEL Zweibrรผcken โ€“ we are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), who will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360ยฐ experience for the client

Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment

Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives

Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes

Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment

Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit

Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment

Confidence and proven track record in team management

Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets

Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity

Strong communication skills and commercial mindset

Previous experience in managing complex store operations

Digitally aware and open to new ways of working

Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients

Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage
