Role Overview
We are looking for a strategically strong and execution-driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for leading brand growth across key categories, managing 360° communication, and driving innovation pipelines in a highly competitive FMCG environment.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in FMCG (preferably food & beverage), with a proven track record in brand building, agency management, and packaging development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand management across assigned product categories
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade)
- Manage creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and consistent brand output
- Drive innovation and renovation projects, including new product development and relaunches
- Own packaging development processes, from concept to shelf execution
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain)
- Monitor brand performance, budget efficiency, and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG marketing (food & beverage experience is a strong plus)
- Strong experience in agency management and 360° campaign execution
- Hands-on experience in packaging development and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical thinking with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
