As an Operations Quality Specialist in our High Tech Solution Center (HSC), you will ensure that global freight forwarding procedures for high-demand customers meet agreed quality standards. You’ll maintain a clear operational overview, monitor compliance, and step in proactively before issues escalate. Your expertise will help deliver seamless service and protect customer trust.

This position is based at our office in Gärtringen (near Stuttgart) and requires regular on-site presence. Remote work is possible occasionally, but this is not a fully remote role.

How you create impact

• Monitor Global Operations: Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards across international freight forwarding activities
• Prevent Escalations: Identify potential disruptions early and coordinate corrective actions before they impact customers
• Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with global teams via air, sea, and road logistics to maintain operational excellence
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data, identify root causes, and implement process enhancements
• Ensure Transparency: Maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility of service performance
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the go-to expert for process compliance and operational best practices

What we would like you to bring

• Solid background in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt processes to customer needs
• Familiarity with logistics systems and data management
• Proactive, structured approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Ability to work on-site at our office in Gärtringen (Stuttgart)
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
