We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to oversee the health and growth of our Flight Ops Documentation Management Solutions in our Flight Deck product portfolio. The ideal candidate will own the Documentation Management product offer, supporting our commercial teams on complex deals, drive product vision and collaborate across all business lines.
Accountabilities:
The Principal Product manager is accountable for the definition and update of the offerability of his/her set of products, through update of product offerability policy and ownership of technical contractual appendices (Statement of Work) to enable commercial teams to market, sell and contract efficiently the product within the frame of its respective standard offer.
For complex / specific deals, outside of the standard offer, the Principle Manager is responsible to assess and mitigate technical risk during the contracting phase through Business Process Review with customers to map properly and mitigate potential risks arising from these deals to be approved through the deal assessment process.
The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining the technical and functional statement on complex deals during the bidding process, ensuring that the value is brought to the customer during the implementation phase and finally to provide expertise whenever needed during the support phase of the customer.
In addition to the above, the job holder will be responsible to support the development and prioritization of the new solutions/services to develop by providing insight on what the market is looking for, and what the market might expect in the future working jointly with the Flight Deck Portfolio Managers to prioritize these needs in the frame of our Portfolio roadmap .

Main Responsibilities:
Education: Master of Science in Airline management, or equivalent
Experience: 5 years minimum with a s trong background in the aviation training industry / working for an airline or other service provider in the Ops documentation management domain / Flight operations documentation experience for an OEM
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:
Travel Required: Up to 20% Domestic and International
