Airbus Commercial is looking for an HR AI/ML Engineer to join ourHR Digital team .
As an HR AI/ML Engineer supporting the North America region at Airbus, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying innovative AI solutions that will revolutionize how we manage and utilize HR data, moving beyond traditional analytics to create intelligent, automated systems. You will be responsible for building, training, and maintaining AI agents to optimize key HR processes, as well as providing critical support for data engineering initiatives that ensure our data is clean, accessible, and reliable.

Salary range based on the required profile: $90000 - 135000/year. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential and location of candidate at offer. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
