We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team.

Duties:

  • Support and accompany the KAM in their commercial activities including customer visits and meeting preparation
  • Summarize and monitor action items following customer meetings.
  • Coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines and response time
  • Utilize and keep SalesForce updated to ensure timely customer management and follow up
  • Process KAM’s POs and ensure correct handover to operations
  • Strategically increase our win rate turning tail accounts into rising stars
  • Prepare, present and ensure yearly sales performance.
  • Develop and grow the project pipeline for future growth.
  • Coordinate with Strategic planning and R&D to market relevant sales campaigns and product focus.
  • Adhere to the financial guidelines and policies of the company including DSO/DPO/DIO and debt monitoring.
  • Carry out your daily activities following the Commercial Playbook.
  • Coordinate and leverage collaboration between internal departments to ensure accurate and timely customer service and response to all customers.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to comply with both internal and external guidelines.
  • Educate yourself about the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma’svalue proposition to our customers

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience
  • Attention to detail and customer focus
  • Understanding of sales and operations planning process
  • Strong team player
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
