Overview:

Xerox is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years and is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support our global planning team. As a Supply Chain Planner professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and balancing supply and demand to optimize inventory levels, production flow, and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive weekly supply and demand planning processes and perform data analysis
• Develop reports on demand, production, and inventory; present status updates in meetings
• Analyze imbalances and recommend solutions to optimize supply chain performance
• Ensure inventory targets are achieved based on forecast accuracy
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning activities

What You Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or related area
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, MS Office, and planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work in a dynamic environment
