We seek a Well-being Program Manager to lead APAC specific well-being efforts to support employees, managers and HR colleagues in all locations of the APAC region. The focus will be on:
- Developing a well-being roadmap along with key stakeholders globally
- Establishing yourself as the local well-being subject matter expert
- Taking a proactive stance to identify the need for interventions around crisis, conflicts, isolation, employee disposition etc.
- Liaising with our vendors (ComPsych and Rethink) to ensure the best employee experience possible
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop partnerships with APAC stakeholders to identify well-being needs across the region
- Lead well-being communication campaigns
- Plan for Mental Health Awareness Month and other relevant topics
- Develop self-serve awareness and education content: Well-being newsletters, podcasts, slack posts
- Plan and host vendor led and customized workshops on a regular cadence and as needed based on current events
- Oversee well-being workshops and education opportunities along with train the trainer programs
- Develop mental health content in response to the issue that are top of mind for NVIDIANs in APAC
- Act as a liaison for existing and emerging Community Resource Groups and Support Groups
- Create customized internal workshops as requested
- Conduct employee 1:1 outreach/intake as needed
What We Need To See
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in psychology, human development, or social work
- 8+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Commitment to mental health awareness in the workplace
- A passion for supporting others with empathy, positivity, and authenticity
- Strong verbal and written communicator who is eager to gain various perspectives
- Willingness to present well-being and mental health content to a variety of audiences
- Excellent organization skills with proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Teams and Excel
