Our client is a leading retail marketing solution provider that helps brands and retailers engage shoppers directly at the point of purchase through a mix of signage, displays, and digital media and they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

In this role you, will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the in-store marketing and retail display space. This role partners with brands and retailers to enhance the shopper experience through strategic signage, displays, and point-of-purchase solutions, while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and consistently achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of B2B business development or full-cycle sales experience, with a strong track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding revenue goals. Experience selling into retail, brand, or CPG environments and knowledge of print and display production processes is essential. Requires strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
