Siemens Mobility is currently executing a project intending to upgrade the signaling infrastructure of the Taiwan Railway Corporation. This large-scale project is executed from European headquarters for design and engineering, while the site activities leading to the commissioning are performed by the local team in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Support to Project Director in the daily tasks; In particular:
• Putting in place an efficient mechanism to follow up actions by the Core team members using Planner
• Putting in place a dashboard consolidating the KPI (Key Performance indicators) of the project
• Exposure to site-related activities (e.g., Site Surveys, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) through documentation review, data analysis, and team discussions.
• Producing a report with the observations and proposals of improvements at the end of the Internship period

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA)
• Interested in gaining exposure to Project Management activities within a large international project environment
• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to Project Management principles, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
