Description
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily trading / trade order placing activities on listed equities and futures
- Communicate with brokers and various external parties on behalf of the fund manager(s)
- Maintain Order Management System (OMS), Portfolio Management System (PMS) and day-end processing
- Handle ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in trading listed equities and futures
- Prior work experience in sales & trading, buy-side execution trading, data management, IT/programming would be a plus
- CFA, FRM and/or other relevant qualifications would also be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English
- Detail-minded and well-organized
- Solid numerical reasoning ability, with sound IT knowledge and programming capabilities
- A team player and a self-starter, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well under pressure
