Transcribe handwritten, printed, and audio-based records into structured digital formats with high accuracy and consistency
Produce clean transcripts from interviews, calls, hearings, forms, ledgers, registers, and administrative records while following strict formatting guidelines
Review and validate entries for consistency across names, dates, identifiers, totals, and cross-page references
Identify unclear or ambiguous content and document edge cases according to provided workflows and quality standards
Support AI training and data preparation projects involving structured transcription and record digitization workflows
Maintain high attention to detail while handling aged documents, handwritten records, scanned copies, and imperfect source materials
Work with spreadsheets, templates, trackers, and web-based tools to ensure accurate and organized data handling
Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in data entry, transcription accuracy, and administrative documentation processes
Requirements
Education: No specific degree required; relevant experience in transcription, data entry, administrative records, or documentation-heavy roles preferred
Experience with audio transcription and/or written document transcription including forms, ledgers, registers, legal records, or administrative documents
Strong ability to read handwriting, interpret scanned or imperfect documents, and make careful judgment calls without guessing
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies in names, dates, numbers, formatting, and reference identifiers while following strict validation procedures
Familiarity with legal or financial terminology and document formats such as contracts, invoices, filings, vouchers, or ledgers considered a plus
Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level) for understanding instructions, producing consistent outputs, and documenting edge cases
Comfortable using spreadsheets, web-based tools, structured templates, and maintaining fast and accurate typing performance
