(Taipei) HR Intern – Global Communication & Employee Engagement

Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will help bring YAGEO’s global employee experience to life — through content, design, and storytelling. From employee portal banners and internal branding to video editing and program coordination, your work will help employees across regions stay informed, connected, and inspired.

This role is for someone who enjoys communication, design, and creative thinking — and wants to learn how global culture and employee engagement are built inside a multinational company.

We welcome 3rd- and 4th-year university students to apply.

This position requires one day of work per week.

What You’ll Do

• Support the global employee portal content and banner updates
• Support video editing and vision design for employee communication and engagement projects
• Assist in English program administration and coordination
• Provide HR administrative and coordination support for global HR project
• Support other assigned HR and communication-related tasks

Requirements

• 3rd- or 4th-year university student, or graduate student
• Good English communication skills
• Interested in design, branding, marketing, or employee communication
• Familiar with PowerPoint, Canva, or basic video editing tools
• Able to support at least one working day per week for at least one year
