Description: We’re looking for a Sales Agent based in Sofia to support prospective clients across the full sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into live trading accounts, upgrading users from demo to live environments, and building strong first-touch relationships with clients. This is a high-volume, structured sales role where discipline, consistency, and communication matter more than guesswork or improvisation. If you like clear targets, active outreach, and turning interest into action, this role is for you. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead Conversion & Sales Execution

You’ll work through assigned leads and contact prospective clients to:

  • introduce the platform
  • explain product benefits clearly
  • guide users from demo to live accounts
  • convert interest into funded trading activity

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

You’ll be the first real human connection many clients have with Blueberry.

Sales Discipline & Process Adherence

You’ll follow scripts, workflows, and compliance standards in all outreach.
