Role Overview

As an IT Assistant Specialist in our 24/7 Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of our IT infrastructure—monitoring incidents, responding to alerts, and ensuring continuous and uninterrupted system operations. You’ll also gain hands-on experience by handling customer calls, detecting technical issues, and coordinating with expert teams. This role is a great opportunity to grow your IT knowledge while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You Will Do
- Monitor alarms, statuses, and incidents in a 24/7 shift system and carry out necessary notifications
- Detect malfunctions, perform first-level interventions, and manage notification activities in line with established procedures within the scope of service authority
- Monitor and report the performance of customer platforms
- Identify system errors and recurring problems and escalate them to relevant teams
- Contribute to requirements, problem-solving, and improvement processes
- Perform initial checks and interventions for incident tracking and resolution, and coordinate with related teams
- Increase resources on virtual servers when necessary
- Respond to customer calls during technical issues and escalate complaints to the appropriate units
- Be present at the switchboard during shifts to handle incoming customer calls
Who You Are
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Curious about IT operations and excited to start your career in this area
- Familiar with Windows Server and/or Linux systems, or motivated to learn
- Interested in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Eager to understand system resources (CPU, RAM, Disk, Network) and learn how to monitor them
- Detail-oriented and comfortable following procedures when responding to alarms
- A strong communicator who enjoys helping customers
- A team player who is responsible, solution-oriented, and open to learning
- Flexible and able to adapt to a 24/7 shift schedule
- Passionate about technology and motivated to grow your skills in IT infrastructure
