Global Marketing Manager

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Global Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Güneşli. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies across our diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our long-term growth objectives across various geographical regions
  • Demonstrates a profound understanding of global consumer behaviours, with a proven track record of synthesizing cross-cultural insights into localized,
  • Extensive experience in innovation pipelines, successfully steering high-value products from conceptualization through R&D and final global launch. Expert in managing brand portfolios across various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring brand positioning remains relevant in dynamic international markets.
  • Proven experience managing brand P&L through strategic pricing and capability in portfolio mix optimization.
  • Orchestrated integrated marketing communication campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consistent brand identity across multi-channel environments
  • Strong ability to work closely and lead global and regional creative agencies that allow the business to scale and maintain consistency across fragmented international markets
  • Demonstrated strong collabration with cross functions by leading integrated task forces between R&D, regional marketing teams, sales, finance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in brand, category within FMCG
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • High resilience, motivation, strong communication and stakeholder leadership
  • Analytical mindset; advanced planning & organizational skills.
  • Passionate about national and international brand growth
  • Experience leading agencies/research partners and cross-functional teams; coaching/people leadership.
