Lead Consumer & Sensory Insights (CSI) across the Eastern Europe sub-region to drive business growth, enhance superior customer experience, and enable insight-driven innovation across all product categories, including beverages, sweet goods, savoury, and snacks.

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave for at least one year.

In this exciting role, you will

Project Management

  • Lead CSI projects in response to customer briefs, managing local consumer tests in Eastern European countries, and coordinating sensory tests with the European panels to increase business impact (win rate, project inflow and customer satisfaction).
  • Proactively shape project strategies aligned with business priorities, partnering closely with Marketing, FC&A, and Key Account Managers

Customer and Stakeholder Interaction

  • Communicate insights and reports in a clear, compelling, and actionable way to internal teams and customers.
  • Present CSI capabilities to customers and keep the local teams updated on new CSI enablers & insights to be shared with them.
  • Partner with customers’ CSI, R&D, and Marketing teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and win briefs.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience of applying sensory methodologies (descriptive and discriminative) and managing external consumer research agencies (qualitative and quantitative) to develop products.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations and sensory training to enhance evaluation and communication of flavours and samples.
  • Knowledge of statistical approaches and tools used in CSI projects (Compusense, XLStat, Toluna, Menti, TasteWise, Mintel, Euromonitor..)

Your professional profile includes

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Consumer & Sensory Insights, with a strong ability to translate insights into commercial propositions.
  • A University degree in Food Science, Consumer Sciences, Sensory Science, Market Research or a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Eastern European local language is a plus (i.e. Turkish, Polish, Russian etc).
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and resilience.
  • Agile mindset with openness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Sound decision-making with strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and build trust with stakeholders.
