We are currently seeking "Senior Business Analyst".
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university,
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst,
- Leasing Business knowledge is a plus,
- Having Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience,
- Analytic and good level of technical knowhow,
- Analytical and thorough thinking,
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
- Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
- Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
- Considerable level of time management skill,
- Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
- Willing to learn and develop.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
- Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
- Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
- Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
- Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
