Now, we are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Automation & Production Engineering team.

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Control & Automation, Electrical & Electronics, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation
• Strong command of English
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Simatic, TIA Portal, etc.)
• Experience in HMI and motion control systems
• Basic knowledge of:
o Robot programming
o Software development
o Statistical analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset
• Clear communication skills and openness to different perspectives

• Lead and manage automation & transformation projects
• Increase the overall automation level across operations
• Design and develop automation systems
• Drive IT/OT integration initiatives
• Support mechanical installation and troubleshoot technical issues
